Managing seats and billing

FieldGate offers three plans. Starter is a flat monthly rate for small teams; Pro and Business use a base + per-seat model so you only pay for the team members you actually add.

Plan pricing

• Starter: $49/mo flat — up to 5 users — no MAX AI
• Pro: $149/mo — 5 seats included, then $25 per additional seat — includes MAX Chat
• Business: $249/mo — 5 seats included, then $35 per additional seat — includes MAX Agent (autonomous AI)

Annual billing saves ~20% across all plans.

What counts as a seat

Each active team member uses one seat. Deactivated members do not count toward your seat total.

Checking your usage

Go to Settings → Billing to see your current plan, seat count, and next billing date.

Adding or changing seats

You can adjust your seat count at any time from Settings → Billing → Manage Plan. Changes are prorated and take effect immediately.
