Connecting Xero
FieldGate integrates with Xero to keep your invoices and payroll in sync with your accounting. Requires a Pro or Business plan.
How to connect
- Go to Settings → Integrations
- Click Connect Xero
- Sign in with your Xero credentials and authorize FieldGate
- Select your Xero organization and confirm. You'll be redirected back with Xero connected
What syncs
- Invoices: sent/signed/paid invoices are pushed to Xero as authorised invoices
- Payroll: payroll runs are pushed as manual journal entries (wages expense and payroll liabilities accounts)
Syncing from Settings
Use the Sync Invoices and Sync Payroll buttons in Settings → Integrations. You can also ask MAX to sync for you.
